Training:

Jiffy Lube offers a fantastic training program "Jiffy Lube University" a CBT (computer-based training) program designed to provide an investment in knowledge and skills to maintain the highest level of service. This is much like technical schools offer, but in addition to online training we also provide on-the-job training (hands-on) which provides for a more balanced skill set and "you'll earn while learn".

Job Duties Include, but are not limited to… Greeting guests on arrival with a friendly smile and escorted to the lounge Driving the vehicle into the bay and checking dashboard and exterior lights Performing courtesies' vacuuming interior and cleaning exterior windows Checking and adjusting tire pressure to manufacturers recommendations Performing tire rotations and a visual inspection of brake pads, and related parts Once you've become certified, you will be eligible for advancement opportunities and training in other positions [Lube Tech, Plus Tech-Mechanic, and Service Advisor].
