Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the technician is responsible for keeping corrective maintenance and fleet activities for Group Homes and Day programs. Surveys fleet and facility items in need of repair or replacement during daily routine and reports to Maintenance Manager. Performs transport, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance checks as needed on a regular basis with follow-up. High School Diploma or GED required. Trade School graduate a plus. Two (2) or more years of general maintenance experience required. Able to Lift and Carry 50 plus pounds. Ability to use maintenance equipment as needed. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritize, schedule, perform and/or supervise multiple projects.
