Mobile Roadside Assistance Technician We are hiring a dependable, mechanically inclined Mobile Roadside Assistance Technician to provide on-site automotive services throughout North Jersey. This is a full-time W-2 position. You will travel directly to customers at their homes, workplaces, parking garages, parking lots, and roadside locations to provide professional roadside assistance. We're looking for someone who is reliable, communicates well, enjoys working independently, and is comfortable working on vehicles. Pay & Earning Potential $22/hour base pay + $10 for every completed service call Technicians can earn approximately $22-$32+ per hour depending on service volume and productivity.

Mileage reimbursement for authorized business driving Business tolls covered Authorized business parking expenses covered Weekly direct deposit Performance-based earning potential What You'll Do Services include: Mobile car battery replacement Battery and charging system testing Jump starts Vehicle lockouts Flat tire changes using the customer's spare Emergency fuel delivery Battery pickups and core returns Maintaining and organizing assigned equipment and inventory Training on company procedures and service standards will be provided. What We're Looking For Reliability and communication are extremely important for this position. You must be able to report for your scheduled shift, respond promptly to dispatch, provide accurate ETAs, communicate delays immediately, and professionally represent the company while interacting with customers. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Good driving record Smartphone with reliable service Basic automotive or mechanical knowledge Comfortable driving throughout North Jersey Ability to safely lift and carry automotive batteries Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working in parking garages and roadside environments Professional appearance and customer service skills Ability to work independently and follow dispatch instructions Previous experience in roadside assistance, automotive repair, battery installation, towing, tire service, mobile mechanics, delivery, or field service is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Schedule Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Weekend availability is preferred. Service volume varies throughout the day. When not actively servicing a customer, technicians may perform other assigned duties such as inventory management, battery pickups, core returns, equipment checks, and other field operations.
