Job Description
Reporting to the Manager for Newark Truck Center, the Service Writer is responsible for assisting with preparation of sales order, interact with customers, listen to their questions, concerns, and provide timely responses. Must be bi-lingual. Working for busy truck mechanic shop and ordering parts. Open Repair / Sales Orders (RO/SO) Add parts, labor, and diagnostic to RO and SO's Coordinate Pick Lists with Mechanics and Parts Departments Convert SO/RO into Invoices Daily Reporting for Open RO/SO for closure Manage daily AR reports and collections Manage Payments of Invoices Manage complaints, returns, and resolve customer grievances. Record customer details and transactions. Serve as a customer relationship manager. Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization.
