Auto Service Manager We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Auto Service Manager to lead our service department with excellence. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow Lead, motivate, and develop service technicians and staff to achieve high performance standards Focus on delivering exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty Implement strategies to increase revenue through upselling, service promotions, and operational improvements Monitor and manage department metrics, including productivity, profitability, and customer feedback Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance
Skills and Qualifications:
