Full job description Job Summary Trend VW is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Department. This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin or advance a career in automotive service within a dealership environment. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities Perform basic vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings accurately Assist senior technicians with repairs and diagnostics Replace filters, bulbs, batteries, brakes, and wiper blades Maintain shop cleanliness and follow all safety procedures Properly use dealership tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems Follow manufacturer and dealership repair standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Entry-level automotive experience or technical school training is a plus Strong willingness to learn and grow within the dealership Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day Ideal Candidate Recent automotive school graduate or entry-level technician Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and professional Interested in building a long-term career with
