Automotive Service Advisor Manager $119K-$150K+ Earning Potential | Monday-Friday | No Weekends Why JA Autowerks? You can be a great Service Advisor almost anywhere. - Manage daily workflow and technician production.
- Drive sales through professional, relationship-based selling.
- Present repairs clearly, confidently, and in a structured order.
- Manage customer communication from drop-off through delivery.
- Monitor Gross Sales, Gross Profit, GP%, ARO, ELR, billed hours, parts cost, and discounts.
- Dispatch work strategically and balance technician workload.
- Identify stalled repair orders and correct them quickly.
- Follow up on declined work and future service opportunities.
- Coach employees, address performance issues, and protect a professional culture.
