Automotive Service Advisor Manager $119K-$150K+ Earning Potential | Monday-Friday | No Weekends Why JA Autowerks? You can be a great Service Advisor almost anywhere. The Opportunity If you have succeeded as a dealership Service Advisor, Service Manager, independent repair shop leader, or regional automotive operator, keep reading. The Service Advisor Manager (SAM) is a daily leader of the shop. You will lead the front of the house, manage workflow, drive sales, protect Gross Profit, and ensure our customers receive the level of service JA Autowerks is known for. This is not an entry-level position. You will have real authority, real responsibility, and measurable expectations. What You'll Own
  • Manage daily workflow and technician production.
  • Drive sales through professional, relationship-based selling.
  • Present repairs clearly, confidently, and in a structured order.
  • Manage customer communication from drop-off through delivery.
  • Monitor Gross Sales, Gross Profit, GP%, ARO, ELR, billed hours, parts cost, and discounts.
  • Dispatch work strategically and balance technician workload.
  • Identify stalled repair orders and correct them quickly.
  • Follow up on declined work and future service opportunities.
  • Coach employees, address performance issues, and protect a professional culture.
  • Protect the JA Autowerks customer experience and premium market position. Who We're Looking For Strong candidates may come from:
