Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues efficiently. Our Shop specializes in exhaust work which requires welding experience. This role requires a thorough understanding of automotive systems, including electrical systems and powertrains . We are a small family owned business operating out of the same location for over 50 years. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to conduct repairs and maintenance task Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their vehicle's condition and repair needs. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician in a repair shop setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Welding skills are a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications may be beneficial.
