$16.00-$17.00 per hour, paid weekly Nielsen Automotive Group is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Prep & Detail Department . through Strayer University, available online or in person Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation and sick leave Employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities to learn, develop, and advance within Nielsen Automotive Group Responsibilities Clean, wash, and prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for the dealership lot Detail and prepare vehicles for customer delivery Wash and clean customer vehicles as needed Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of dealership vehicles Assist with general dealership and work-area maintenance Ensure vehicles meet dealership presentation and cleanliness standards Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership property Work efficiently during high-volume periods, including month-end Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license and driving record that meets Company and insurance requirements Ability to safely operate both customer and dealership vehicles Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work efficiently Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform the physical duties associated with vehicle cleaning and detailing Previous automotive detailing experience is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and maintain Nielsen Automotive Group quality standards Pre-Employment Requirements Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening requirements, which may include: Drug screening Background check Motor vehicle record and driver's license verification Nielsen Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. zT0sJ7ZrpXBenefits
