• Chrysler Dealership (July 2026 Lester Glenn Auto Group, one of the largest private dealership groups in New Jersey, is seeking motivated, people-friendly, and goal-oriented experienced Automotive Service Technicians (A, B, & C Levels) for our Chrysler Service Department in Toms River, NJ.

Technicians will work in a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned service facility equipped with advanced diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools , and will be responsible for the service and repair of vehicles assigned by service management or their designated representatives. Our Chrysler Service Department is a Union Shop.

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to: Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification Perform Routine inspections , system diagnostics, full automotive troubleshooting and testing Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made and provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs

Requirements:

Include but are not limited to: Previous experience as an automotive technician required (ASE certification preferred) Chrysler experience pref. Solid mechanical skills Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.) Valid driver's license, clean driving record
