Full Job Description Job Description:
WashHounds Car Wash and Express Oil Change, located in Union, is a high volume car wash and express oil change that is focused on giving our customers the best-in-class service and a sparkling clean car. We are looking for an express oil change technician. There are opportunities for advancement for people with a great work ethic and even better attitudes. The right person could be a future leader in our growing company. Starting pay is $17-18 per hour and weekly sales bonus.. The ideal work schedule is 35 to 45 hours of daytime availability including our busiest days, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. .Job Duties:
- Greet and interact directly with our customers, providing friendly service
- Possess strong product knowledge and effectively communicate it to customers
- Perform express oil change maintenance including safety inspections according to manufacturer standards
- Communicate to customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling the vehicles with care and complying with all WashHounds Lube safety policies and procedures
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Additional duties include cleaning the shop area, assisting with property maintenance, snow and ice removal, and overall site appearance

Tuition Assistance Program:
- Earn up to $2,500 per year
