Duties Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and alignments with precision and care Perform minor mechanical repairs including brake inspections, suspension work, and other standard vehicle repairs Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently Assist with automotive diagnostics to identify problems accurately and recommend appropriate solutions Support vehicle maintenance tasks involving heavy lifting and mechanical repairs while adhering to safety protocols Ensure all work meets dealership standards for quality and safety standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and addressing customer questions professionally Skills Proven dealership experience or automotive technician background with hands-on mechanic expertise Strong mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and light trucks Skilled in automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, tire service, and alignment procedures Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment Ability to perform minor mechanical repairs confidently and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and client interactions Capable of heavy lifting, maintaining safety standards, and working in a fast-paced environment This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your automotive career while delivering top-tier service.
