Experienced Automotive Service Advisor We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join one of the top-performing Hyundai dealerships in New Jersey . This is an opportunity for a proven automotive professional who knows how to build customer relationships, maximize service opportunities, and deliver an exceptional ownership experience. Our ideal candidate is motivated by gross profit, CSI, customer retention, and personal success —and understands that all four go hand in hand. What You'll Do Deliver a world-class customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery. Professionally greet customers, identify their vehicle's service needs, and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs. Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through clear, honest, and professional communication. Maximize service department gross profit by identifying legitimate maintenance and repair opportunities. Consistently achieve and exceed CSI/customer satisfaction goals . Prepare accurate estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain customer authorization. Communicate effectively with technicians and the service management team to ensure repairs are completed correctly and efficiently. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and proactively address concerns. Follow up with customers after service to ensure complete satisfaction and encourage future business. Maintain a high level of organization, professionalism, and urgency in a fast-paced dealership environment. Help drive customer retention, loyalty, online reviews, and repeat service business . What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor , preferably in a high-volume dealership environment. Hyundai experience is strongly preferred. A track record of producing strong gross profit and CSI results . Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair. Ability to confidently recommend services without compromising customer trust. Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude. Strong follow-through, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment. A genuine passion for taking care of customers.
