Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Quick Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering fast, reliable vehicle maintenance services. In this energetic role, you will perform routine oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and minor mechanical repairs to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your expertise will help ensure vehicle safety, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the overall efficiency of our service department. Responsibilities Conduct quick and thorough oil changes using standard passenger car operation procedures and power tools Perform automotive fluid replacements including coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid Assist with tire services such as rotations, replacements, and balancing to ensure optimal vehicle performance Execute minor mechanical repairs and diagnostics to address common vehicle issues efficiently Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to support vehicle maintenance tasks with precision Maintain high standards of customer service by explaining services performed and answering customer questions confidently Support vehicle alignment and general maintenance activities to uphold safety standards and vehicle longevity Skills Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly desirable Strong mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair principles Knowledge of standard passenger car operation and maintenance procedures Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment Mechanical knowledge related to automotive fluid replacement, tire service, and minor repairs Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire changes or mechanical tasks Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism Familiarity with automotive service processes including oil changes, maintenance routines, and basic mechanical repairs This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their automotive expertise while providing exceptional service in a lively work environment.
