Automotive Lube Technician / Express Service Technician Tate Branch Hobbs Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is looking for a dependable, motivated Lube Technician / Express Service Technician to join our growing Service Department. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Automotive experience is preferred, but we're also willing to invest in the right person who wants to build a career in the automotive industry. This isn't just an oil-change position. Responsibilities:

Perform oil and filter changes Perform tire rotations and basic tire services Complete multi-point vehicle inspections Check and top off fluids Inspect tires, brakes, batteries, filters, and other maintenance items Identify and communicate maintenance needs or vehicle concerns Properly document completed services Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow dealership and manufacturer safety procedures Help keep vehicles moving efficiently through our

Express Service Department What We're Looking For:

Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to be coached Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic automotive knowledge preferred Previous automotive or lube experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
