We're looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Technician to join our team servicing a wide variety of commercial trucks, including International, Freightliner, and Volvo equipment. Whether you're performing preventative maintenance, advanced diagnostics, or complete in-frame engine rebuilds, you'll have the tools, technology, and support needed to succeed in one of the area's premier heavy-duty repair facilities. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles Perform engine, drivetrain, suspension, brake, and electrical repairs Complete in-frame engine rebuilds and major component replacements Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic systems using OEM diagnostic software Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections Accurately document repairs using electronic time-tracking and repair order systems Occasionally assist with customer recalls or field service work as needed Why You'll Love Working Here Our shop was designed with technicians in mind and features: 18 fully equipped service bays Service pits and vehicle lifts Bright, well-lit work areas Air-conditioned shop Exhaust ventilation system OEM diagnostic software and factory tooling Electronic repair order and time-tracking systems A clean, organized, professional work environment Required Qualifications 4–5+ years of heavy-duty diesel technician experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, especially with International and Cummins equipment Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check, criminal record check, and drug screening Stable employment history demonstrating reliability Own a professional set of hand tools Preferred Qualifications ASE Certifications Cummins and/or International factory certifications Commercial Driver's License (CDL) EV Certification Advanced electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay $35.00–$55.00 per hour (Flat Rate) Proficiency-based bonus opportunities Benefits Medical insurance beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment (individual coverage available for under $100/month) Safe Harbor 401(k) with immediate 100% vesting of employer matching contributions Quarterly productivity bonus of up to $1,000 $100 annual safety boot allowance Company-provided uniforms Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) Schedule Monday–
