We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused automotive professional to join our team in a hands-on service role. In this position, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail while helping deliver a positive experience for every customer. What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance concerns using appropriate tools and equipment
Complete repair orders thoroughly and accurately, documenting work performed and parts used
Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle condition and repair recommendations
Follow all safety procedures, shop policies, and quality control standards
Inspect vehicles to identify additional needs and ensure all work is completed properly
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
Stay current on training, technical updates, and best practices
What We Are Looking For
Experience in automotive maintenance and repair, preferably in a dealership or high-volume service environment
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Effective communication and documentation skills
Basic proficiency with diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and shop software
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, where permitted by law
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturer training or certification
Automotive Service Excellence certification or equivalent credentials
Experience working on late-model vehicles and complex repair systems
Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and inspection processes
