Job Description
Field Service Truck Specialist Elko, NV Job Type Full-time Description Heritage Industries, a leader in the work truck and equipment industry, is currently seeking a Field Service Truck Specialist. This person will perform field service calls and repairs to client work trucks and equipment. Strong communication skills and customer relations, diagnostic/troubleshooting and repair skills, ownership of client issues, and ability to take ownership of jobs from start to finish are required. An excellent driving record is required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- + Must understand and adhere to the personal responsibility of safety and work safely at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- + Must have and maintain a clean MVR (no more than 1 moving violation under the age of 25, and no more than 2 if over the age of 25).
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Experience within work truck industry, automotive, and/or truck equipment upfit, service and repairs. + Experience with field service and in-shop service operations. + Fluency in Microsoft Office programs. + Current MSHA certification. + Associate degree or Technical Degree in automotive or diesel mechanics.
