Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial equipment and machinery to include but not limited to: Volumetric Mixers, Semi Trucks, Loaders/Forklift, and Service Vehicles. Your expertise will ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of all mechanical systems. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Conduct equipment repairs utilizing welding high powered tools, precision measuring instruments, and other mechanical tools. Diagnose electrical problems using voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools; repair electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage circuits. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Operate heavy equipment like forklifts and loaders safely during maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and ensuring minimal downtime during repairs. Requirements Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics reading skills. Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, pneumatic troubleshooting, and precision measurement instruments. Experience operating heavy equipment safely during maintenance activities. Strong analytical skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities in equipment troubleshooting scenarios. Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance scheduling and record keeping. Good communication skills in English; ability to document work clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
