Overview German Motors is looking for a dependable, efficient technicians with factory/dealer experience working on European vehicles (BMW, Audi, VW, Porsche) to handle a mix of routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics. This full-time, Monday-Friday role includes routine services like brakes, suspension, fluid leaks, spark plugs, as well as diagnostics using a range of factory diagnostic tools (Xentry/ODIS/PIWIS/ISTA/VCDS). Veterans with relevant experience are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections and accurate diagnostics to determine repairs or services required. Perform automotive maintenance, service, and repairs Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during repair processes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with other team members regarding repair needs, timelines, and recommendations. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and service & repair techniques. Skills Veteran/senior level proficiency (role & wage dependent) in automotive diagnostics. Proficiency with service and repair techniques. Experience with German vehicles is strongly preferred. (Dealership/factory experience strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive service procedures and standards. Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive systems. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
