This vital role is responsible for all the details that keep our departments running efficiently. From preparing and conducting in-store deliveries at our shop, loading and unloading vehicles in/out of trucks and trailers, all the way to performing maintenance on our fleet of transport vehicles, just to name a few. Requirements Must have general motorcycle, snowmobile, and ATV mechanical knowledge Must have and maintain valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and good driving record Basic computer skills required Must be physically able to safely move, load, and unload motorcycles and other powersports vehicles. Confident, friendly mannerisms when communicating with customers and team members Must be able to embrace and support change Must be able to adapt to needs of the business per management directive Essential Job Functions Manage sales and service inventory organization ensuring all bikes are properly tagged Maintains cleanliness of showroom floor vehicles and displays Stage vehicles and parts for technicians and detailers and continually communicate with technicians and detailers to identify and anticipate their needs Stage vehicles for customer pick-ups Conducts customer deliveries by reviewing systems and features with the new owner of the vehicle (i.e. assisting a customer pair their phone or locate manual/tool kit) Assisting customer in loading and safely securing their vehicle into a truck or trailer Maintains function, cleanliness and supplies for all shop tools and equipment General shop cleaning and organization General shop errands (including maintaining fuel caddy, special parts pick-up, dmv paperwork runs, off-site company errands, etc.) Communicate potential process improvement to management/team leaders for evaluation of company process/procedures Perform a variety of roles and complete projects on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to maintenance on shop vehicles, building maintenance, construction projects, etc. Who are we?
