CATCO is a heavy highway, bridge, and road contractor located in Alden, New York and has been in operation for over 30 years. We are looking for a team player to assist in our shop.

Responsibilities:

Inspection of light and heavy duty trucks for proper performance Computer Diagnosic experience Diagnosing issues and conducting proper repairs timely Maintain repair logs for all trucks and equipment Visit various job sites to conduct truck repairs on-site Complying with DOT, OSHA, and company rules and regulations Maintain a safe work environment Passing random drug screens Passing DOT physicals Ability to physically perform all essential duties of the position, including lifting heavy equipment and operating a variety of power tools and heavy equipment

Requirements:

Class A or B CDL License Preferred Clean license Thorough knowledge of accepted principles and practices of gasoline and diesel engine repair and maintenance, with the ability to accurately diagnose and repair breakdowns. Ability to work long hours as needed (Occasional Saturdays Required) Ability to work efficiently Ability to work on a team If you are highly motivated and willing to learn, please apply.
