We are seeking A Master Automotive Technician to be in charge of our 4 bay Service Center at Excellent Autos. Excellent Autos is the premier used car store in Fulton and Montgomery counties, we are approved by both the Better Business Bureau and AAA. This position entails working with all employees in the dealership, including the owner, sales manager, customer service manager and office manager. We are all striving to provide Excellent Used vehicles for sale to the public, as well as supplying our current customers with quality auto repairs. The position is Monday through Friday from 8 to 5. The successful candidate will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of working in a small local business with over 27 years of customer satisfaction.

• Duties:

• Solve complex diagnostic issues on late model cars and light trucks, including check engine lights, driveabilty, and elecrical troubleshooting.
• Perform extremely difficult repairs such as timing chain, camshaft, and cylinder head gasket replacements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide timely updates to customers.
• Offer outstanding customer service, providing clear explanations of work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automotive technology and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership setting or similar environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving is a must

• Knowledge of mechanical principles and automotive diagnostic techniques
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and maintenance procedures.
