Cleve Hill Auto is looking for a motivated and dependable Front Counter Service Advisor to join our Arcade Location. We are a family-owned company that has proudly served our communities for over 30 years by delivering honest service and a 5-star customer experience. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position that plays a critical role in the daily success of the shop. The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, organized, and confident speaking with customers both in person and over the phone. What You'll Do Provide a friendly, professional experience for every customer Answer phones and schedule appointments Communicate service recommendations clearly and confidently Assist customers with product and service selections Complete point-of-sale transactions and manage work orders Maintain a clean and organized front counter/work area Support the team in delivering an efficient, positive shop experience This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive service industry.
