Job Description

Overview:
We are an independent shop looking to bring on a highly skilled Master Mechanic who is proficient across all systems and has extensive experience with German vehicles to join our full-time team.
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on cooling systems, suspension, steering, exhaust, and electrical/electronic systems Diagnose and repair oil leaks and coolant leaks Service and repair suspension and steering components, including control arms, bushings, shocks/struts, and related parts Handle advanced brake system diagnostics and repairs Perform air conditioning and climate control diagnosis and repair Complete oil services, tire work, and routine maintenance to the highest standard Use factory-level diagnostic software and scan tools for coding, programming, module replacement, and resetting dashboard lights Assist and support other technicians as needed Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication with the service team
Requirements:
Master-level technician with proven high proficiency in all major vehicle systems Extensive hands-on experience with German vehicles Strong preference for prior dealership experience Expert use of OEM diagnostic tools and software Ability to work independently on complex repairs ASE certifications preferred

Pay:
$80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
