The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship and efficient service. Job Responsibilities

•Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and estimated costs. Execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards. Keep accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, tools, and repair procedures through ongoing training and certifications. Assist in troubleshooting complex issues and provide technical guidance to junior technicians when needed. Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality after repairs are completed.

Compensation Range:

$45,00 to $90,000 + Job Qualifications

•High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited automotive technology program is highly preferred. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. ASE certifications are a strong plus. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicles. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
