Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including electrical, powertrain, transmission, suspension, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Repair and maintain vehicles by replacing or repairing faulty components such as engines, transmissions, suspensions, electrical wiring, and ADAS modules. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately to troubleshoot complex electrical systems. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and tire rotations to ensure safety and performance standards are met. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to carry out repairs with precision while adhering to safety protocols. Diagnose issues related to diesel engines and perform necessary repairs or replacements to meet manufacturer specifications. Collaborate with team members to estimate repair times and communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle's condition and required services. Skills Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Proficiency in interpreting automotive wiring diagrams, schematics, and vehicle systems documentation. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, alignment procedures, and vehicle transmission system repair. Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, suspension systems, vehicle electrical systems, and diesel engine repair. Skilled in using automotive diagnostic tools, welding equipment, and various hand and power tools for repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Strong technical proficiency combined with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
