A clean, professional, and collaborative shop environment where your voice is heard and your expertise is respected. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) :- Perform comprehensive, high-level automotive electrical, powertrain, and mechanical diagnostics.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and read complex schematics to troubleshoot difficult drivability and electrical issues.
- Execute precise mechanical repairs, component replacements, and advanced steering/suspension alignments.
- Maintain an efficient workflow while keeping a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure every vehicle leaves the shop meeting our strict standards for safety and quality. What We're Looking For (Qualifications) :
Proven Experience:
Several years of hands-on experience as a professional automotive technician/mechanic.Diagnostic Expertise :
Strong capability in electrical troubleshooting, scanning, and reading system schematics.Solid Mechanical Foundation :
Proficient in mechanical repair, under-car work, and alignment systems.Professional Mindset :
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on doing the job right the first time.- ASE certifications or a New York State Inspector's license are a major plus.
