Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our service team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced shop environment. This is a performance-based position where compensation is tied directly to flagged hours.
