We are a small shop and we will train if you have mechanical experience and want to learn, work and earn a good wage. Hourly pay DOE and great benefit package with uniforms, holidays and vacation. We offer quarterly tool bonus, health insurance stipend and yearly bonus. Hours are somewhat flexible (days - no nights or weekends). Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in heavy-duty trucks and trailers, utilizing automotive diagnostics and hand tools. Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including air brake systems, transmissions, and suspension checks. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repair processes. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in automotive diagnostics Proficient in vehicle maintenance and repair, including transmissions and air brakes Experience with hand tools and heavy equipment operation Familiarity with hydraulics, suspension systems, and HVAC Dealership experience and ability to read schematics Relevant service technician experience and customer service skills
