RESPONSIBILITIES

Consult with customers to identify their vehicle repair and servicing needs Generate accurate cost estimates and establish work orders Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians Communicate with customers regarding time expectations, updates, questions, etc. Keep up to date on new automotive products, services, and technologies

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience as an automotive service writer/advisor Solid understanding of automotive systems, including parts, tools, and services Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks Professional personal appearance and friendly personality Ability to follow company processes and procedures to join the Neighborhood Car Care family and take your automotive career to the next level!

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
