Key Duties:

Handle incoming calls, respond to customer enquiries, and provide accurate information in a professional manner. Route calls efficiently to the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution of enquiries. Serve as the first point of contact for bookings and appointments while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements:
