This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive dealerships, retail cashiering, accounts receivable, or service department administration . 💼 Responsibilities Process cash, credit card, and check transactions Reconcile repair orders, invoices, and daily deposits Maintain service and parts documentation Close open invoices and ensure accuracy Provide customer support and issue resolution Assist with phone coverage and scheduling support Support administrative operations in service & parts departments ✅ Qualifications Automotive dealership experience preferred Experience in cash handling, billing, or customer service Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and communication skills 💰 Compensation $18
