Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team, responsible for providing high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge, ensuring that vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively. This role requires a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire service, and alignment. Utilize hand tools and power tools to conduct repairs and diagnostics on various automotive systems. Diagnose mechanical issues and provide solutions for repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle services and repairs, ensuring excellent customer service. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality. Conduct heavy lifting as required during vehicle servicing tasks. Experience Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory. Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics. Mechanic experience with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, alignments, and tire services is highly desirable. Experience as a service technician with a focus on customer service will be an advantage. Sales experience related to automotive services is a plus but not required.
