Service Advisor (Service Writer) - Dave Warren CDJR Join a Growing Team at Dave Warren CDJR! Dave Warren CDJR is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience. Write and manage repair orders from start to finish. Effectively communicate vehicle recommendations and maintenance needs. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs. Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance goals. Assist in building long-term relationships that drive customer retention. What We're Looking For Previous dealership Service Advisor experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and team-first mentality. Excellent customer service and sales skills.
