Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious CDL Driver with a Tanker Endorsement to join our growing septic services team. This position is responsible for operating vacuum trucks to pump, transport, and dispose of residential and commercial septic waste while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Safely operate vacuum trucks and other company vehicles. Pump, transport, and dispose of septic waste in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Perform residential, commercial, and municipal septic system pumping and maintenance. Inspect septic tanks, pumps, and related components and communicate findings to customers and management. Complete required driver logs, disposal manifests, inspection reports, and service documentation accurately. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance or repair needs promptly. Provide courteous, professional customer service at every job site. Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and environmental guidelines. Assist with other duties as assigned, including occasional support for plumbing, excavation, or related field operations. Required Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B CDL (as required by state regulations). Tanker Endorsement (N) required. Must be proficient in operating manual (standard) transmission commercial vehicles. Company trucks are equipped with manual transmissions, and applicants must be able to safely operate a standard-shift CDL vehicle. Clean driving record with the ability to meet company insurance requirements. Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work effectively as part of a team. Why Join Us? $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
