What You'll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines. Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process. Provide accurate estimates and obtain repair authorizations. Ensure repairs are completed on time and customer expectations are exceeded. Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in a franchised dealership environment (required). Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Professional appearance and demeanor. Computer proficiency and dealership software experience preferred.
