On-Call Compensation:

Full-time salary + benefits (to be discussed) $70K

  • 100K (depending on experience) About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented Mechanic/Maintenance Manager to oversee a private collection of antique and high-performance sports cars. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves cars and takes pride in keeping a collection in pristine, working condition. Mechanic background is required; care + organization matter most. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine and preventative maintenance. Handle basic mechanical work in-house. Coordinate with outside specialists for complex repairs/restorations.
  • Vehicle Operation: Safely drive vehicles for exercise runs, testing, transport, and car events as needed.
  • Detail & Presentation: Keep all vehicles washed, detailed, and show-ready. Maintain the garage and storage areas in order.
  • Compliance & Admin: Track and manage insurance, registration renewals, inspections, and other required documentation for all vehicles.
  • Inventory & Organization: Keep accurate records of service history, parts, fluids, and vehicle condition. Ensure cars are stored properly and remain in working/functioning condition.
  • On-Call Support: Available for urgent needs, transport, or troubleshooting outside normal hours as required. Qualifications
  • Proven experience with automotive maintenance, detailing, or collection care. Mechanic certification/background is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of antique, classic, and high-performance vehicles.
  • Clean driving record and comfortable driving manual/exotic vehicles.
  • Highly organized, trustworthy, and discreet. Private collection environment.
  • Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and documentation.
