The right candidate will be put through the full slate of Honda factory training, with a clear, supported path to reaching Master Technician as quickly as possible. What You'll Do Diagnose, maintain, and repair engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more Work repair orders efficiently and accurately to dealership and Honda factory standards Road-test every vehicle before it goes back to the customer Identify any additional repairs to the Service Advisor and give a time estimate Document work, test results, and time per company procedure Perform warranty repairs to Honda spec, following all applicable safety requirements What You Bring 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred Solid diagnostic knowledge across major vehicle systems Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Clear written and verbal communicator who reads instructions carefully Team-first attitude focused on getting customers back on the road happy Eagerness to keep growing as vehicle technology evolves What We Offer Aggressive pay plan with bonus opportunities Full Honda factory training, with the right candidate fast-tracked toward Master Technician certification Medical and dental 401(k) with company match Paid time off and vacation Middletown Honda — Always There for You.
