Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work. Communicate service recommendations clearly to customers. Explain repair options and associated costs effectively. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships. Ensure a smooth service process for clients. Collaborate with technicians to facilitate service delivery. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire service experience.
Qualifications:
Previous Service Advisor or Mechanic experience in a dealership or independent repair facility required Experience in related industries such as motorsports, RV, or powersports is welcome CDK experience is a plus! Sales or Customer Service experience in any industry is a plus! General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred Good customer service and communication skills Works well in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and a positive attitude Good work ethic and computer skills Valid driver's license and good driving record Applicants must pass pre-employment screening We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
