Previous Service Advisor or Technician Experience in a Dealership or Independent Repair Facility Required At Mazda of New Rochelle , our highly skilled technicians keep our service drive flowing , and we're looking for experienced, customer-focused Service Advisors to be the bridge between our customers and our service department. In this role, you'll guide customers through service recommendations, explain repair options and costs, and deliver an exceptional ownership experience from start to finish. Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work. Communicate service recommendations clearly to customers. Explain repair options and associated costs effectively. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships. Ensure a smooth service process for clients. Collaborate with technicians to facilitate service delivery. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire service experience.
Qualifications:
Previous Service Advisor or Mechanic experience in a dealership or independent repair facility required Experience in related industries such as motorsports, RV, or powersports is welcome CDK experience is a plus! Sales or Customer Service experience in any industry is a plus! General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred Good customer service and communication skills Works well in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and a positive attitude Good work ethic and computer skills Valid driver's license and good driving record Applicants must pass pre-employment screening We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
