Colandrea Buick GMC is looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing service department in Newburgh. If you can diagnose vehicles, handle major repairs and produce hours, we aren't looking to bring you in at an average technician rate. We are prepared to pay for experience.

A-Level Technician:

$45

• 48+ per hour Our hybrid compensation structure is designed to give an experienced technician more stability while still rewarding productivity. Competitive $45

Colandrea is a second-generation, family-owned dealership that has served the Hudson Valley for more than 50 years. You'll be walking into: Very busy service department with steady work Approximately 50/50 customer-pay and warranty business 12 service bays 10 lifts Alignment equipment Dedicated parts support Two Service Advisors Dispatcher Service BDC Xtime digital inspections and customer walk-around videos EV charging capability Clean, organized shop Uniforms provided Employee break room Monthly employee luncheons Most importantly: We have the work. Our service department is currently producing approximately $150,000 per month in service sales , and we're building the team and infrastructure to grow toward $200,000. We aren't hiring an A-tech to stand around waiting for repair orders.

A Schedule You Can Actually Live With Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM-5:00 PM Every other

Saturday:

8:00 AM-12:00 PM No late-night dealership schedule. No every-Saturday grind. Come in, do good work, make good money and have a life outside the shop. What We're Looking For This is not an entry-level technician opening. We're looking for an experienced technician capable of independently diagnosing and repairing today's vehicles.

You should be comfortable with:

Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics Engine diagnosis and repair Transmission and driveline concerns Steering and suspension Brake and ABS systems HVAC and climate-control diagnosis Check-engine-light and emissions diagnosis Cooling systems Preventative maintenance Factory diagnostic equipment and technical information Accurately documenting diagnosis and completed repairs Performing repairs efficiently and correctly the first time GM Experience? We want to hear from you. GM dealership experience, GM factory training and current GM certifications are major advantages for this position and may qualify you for higher compensation. Qualifications Required:

Proven professional automotive repair experience Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Ability to independently complete complex repairs Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to accurately document repairs and diagnostic findings

Highly Preferred:

GM dealership experience Current GM certifications GM Master Technician status ASE certifications Advanced electrical/diagnostic experience Engine and/or transmission repair experience Confidential Conversations Welcome Already working at another dealership?
