We're now hiring at our Cadillac dealership in Newburgh, NY , and we're looking for skilled, motivated, and team-oriented Automotive Used Car Technician to join our growing service team. Internal promotions are the standard , not the exception Career paths from Tech to Master Tech to Foreman OEM training and ASE Certification support Long-tenured leadership that invests in your success What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience as an Automotive Technician (all levels welcome) Valid and insurable driver's license Comfortable in a dealership environment (or fast learner) Takes pride in quality, efficiency, and doing the job right Able to work independently but also as part of a tight-knit team ASE Certifications a plus (but not required) Reliable, punctual, and looking to grow in the industry What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and perform repairs on pre-owned Cadillac and other pre-owned vehicles Follow manufacturer guidelines and Healey quality standards Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and Team Leads Perform inspections, maintenance, and documentation accurately Adhere to safety protocols and dealership procedures Help keep the shop clean, positive, and team-focused
