We're looking for someone beyond the entry-level stage of their career who can handle repairs independently, diagnose problems and produce quality work—but who still wants the opportunity to expand their skills, earn factory certifications and move toward A-Level earning potential.

Starting compensation:

$32

• 40+ per hour based on experience, ability and certifications.

• 40+ per hour We use a hybrid compensation structure designed to provide greater income stability while still rewarding technicians who produce.

Your starting rate will be determined by your experience, diagnostic ability, certifications and overall skill level. As your capabilities, GM training and productivity increase, your earning potential can increase with them. GM Technicians If you already have Buick, GMC, Chevrolet, Cadillac or other GM dealership experience, make sure we know about it. GM certifications are a major plus and may qualify an experienced candidate for additional compensation. Great Hours for the

Automotive Business Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM-5:00 PM Every other

Saturday:

What You'll Do Depending upon your current skill level, responsibilities may include: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns Brake and ABS diagnosis and repair Steering and suspension Heating and air conditioning Cooling systems Engine performance and drivability Check-engine-light and emissions diagnosis Electrical diagnosis Preventative maintenance Tire and alignment-related repairs Factory warranty repairs Digital vehicle inspections Accurately document diagnostic findings and completed repairs Work with Service Advisors, dispatch and parts to keep repair orders moving efficiently We're interested in what you can actually do , not simply what's written on your résumé. What We're Looking For Professional automotive repair experience Ability to independently perform intermediate-level repairs Solid mechanical aptitude Diagnostic/problem-solving ability Valid driver's license Reliability and strong work ethic Desire to continue learning and developing technically Strongly Preferred Dealership experience GM experience GM factory certifications ASE certifications Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience If you're a strong B-tech who is ready for more responsibility, training and earning potential, don't wait until you already have every certification to apply.
