S58, Audi RS3, TT RS, and R8, Lamborghini Huracán, and Porsche 911 builds. We handle everything from maintenance and bolt-ons to full builds and in-house dyno tuning. We are looking for an experienced, full time Performance Technician who takes pride in clean, precise work and wants to build cars that most technicians only see online. About the Role You will be the hands behind our builds. That means turbo upgrades, fuel systems, exhaust, suspension, drivetrain, and engine work on high-value vehicles, along with the diagnostics and maintenance that keep them running right. The ideal candidate is self-driven, understands how forced induction systems work together, and treats every customer car as if it were their own. If you are a dealership or general repair technician who builds cars on nights and weekends and wants to do it for a living, this role was written for you. Responsibilities Perform performance part installations and full builds to shop standards, accurately and efficiently Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete the necessary repairs Perform maintenance and service work on performance and exotic vehicles Inspect every vehicle in your bay and flag safety concerns or recommended work Document all work performed clearly on the repair order, including photos where appropriate Communicate with the Service Manager on job progress, parts needs, and any additional work found Support dyno sessions and road test vehicles to verify work before delivery Keep your bay, tools, and customer vehicles clean, organized, and protected Support shop events and customer track days as needed What We Are Looking For 3 to 5 years of experience as an automotive technician Strong working knowledge of forced induction and performance modifications Advanced understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems Comfortable with factory and aftermarket scan tools and diagnostic processes Exceptional attention to detail, including torque specs, routing, fitment, and cleanliness Able to manage multiple jobs and hit promised completion times Team player who communicates clearly and takes ownership of mistakes Own tools and a valid driver's license with a clean record Experience with

VR30, GT-R, BMW

S58, Audi 2.5 TFSI, V10, or Porsche platforms strongly preferred Fabrication, welding, wiring, or engine building experience is a plus This role is ideal for a true automotive enthusiast who is passionate about vehicle performance and takes pride in sending customers home with a car that is built right.
