S58, Audi RS3, TT RS, and R8, Lamborghini Huracán, and Porsche 911 builds. We handle everything from maintenance and bolt-ons to full builds and in-house dyno tuning. We are looking for a Service Manager to run the front of the shop and own the customer experience from first conversation through delivery and beyond. About the Role This is a front-row seat to high-performance automotive builds. You will work directly with passionate enthusiasts who trust Driven Motorsports to deliver exceptional results, turning their goals and horsepower targets into real-world builds. You are motivated to close work, and equally motivated by seeing customers thrilled with the outcome. This is a highly technical role for someone who understands how performance systems work together and enjoys sharing that knowledge. You assess the customer's goals, think holistically about the platform, and confidently guide them toward solutions that balance performance, drivability, and reliability. Responsibilities Own the customer relationship from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery and follow-up Build accurate estimates, present them clearly, and close the work Write clear repair orders and communicate job scope, priorities, and customer expectations to the technicians Manage the shop schedule, workflow, and deposits to keep jobs moving and bays productive Order and track parts, manage vendor communication, and resolve delays before they affect the customer Keep customers updated throughout their build with consistent, proactive communication Follow up with past customers to generate maintenance and repeat business Manage the shop's social media, including posting builds, dyno results, and shop content, and responding to messages and comments promptly Engage enthusiast communities such as Facebook groups with knowledgeable, helpful contributions that build credibility and generate new opportunities What We Are Looking For Strong working knowledge of performance modifications and forced induction engines Service advisor, service management, or performance parts sales experience A proactive self-starter who creates opportunities rather than waiting for inbound leads Excellent written and verbal communication with consistent follow-through Organized and comfortable managing multiple active jobs at once Familiarity with shop management software and estimate writing Hands-on enthusiast background strongly preferred, especially with VR30, VQ, GT-R, BMW, or VAG platforms Compensation and Benefits $26 to $31 per hour, based on experience Monthly commission on gross profit from parts and labor sold based on targeted total earnings Health, dental, and vision insurance available 401(k) retirement plan available Paid time off, paid sick leave, and paid major holidays Employee pricing on parts and labor Five day work week First front-of-house leadership hire, with room to grow into a General Manager role as the shop grows Success in this role comes from technical credibility, consistent follow-through, and a genuine interest in helping customers make informed decisions about their build.
