Gene's 112 Auto Service Center is seeking a candidate to join our team as a Service Advisor. We are an independent, family-owned automotive repair shop, servicing all makes and models. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred and any technical experience or knowledge would be a plus. We are willing to train the right candidate. Any type of sales experience would be helpful, as customer service skills are the most important part of this position. This position is for Monday through Friday, no weekends. Duties and responsibilities of the position include: dispatching work to technicians, writing estimates and ordering parts, explaining and presenting the estimates to customers, maintaining communication with technicians as well as customers, remaining involved with delivery of the vehicle to the customer upon completion to ensure that all concerns are addressed, and maintaining organization and efficiency in the shop. Experience with shop management program and online parts ordering preferred, but not required. Paid holidays and vacation Uniforms provided

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
