Job Description

Job Summary:
The Service Technician at DELLA Auto Group is a skilled individual responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks on vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. This individual will work as an individual contributor and must have a strong understanding of mechanics and automotive systems. The role is a Full-Time, Salary Technician/Skilled Labor/Contractor position in the automotive industry.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify any issues and determine necessary repairs. Complete routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements. Repair and replace parts and components, such as brakes, engines, and electrical systems. Use computerized diagnostic equipment to pinpoint problems and make necessary adjustments. Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs are completed correctly and the vehicle is safe to drive. Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles. Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and answering any questions they may have. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1-2 years of experience as an automotive technician. ASE certification is preferred. Strong understanding of mechanics and automotive systems. Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have a valid driver's license.
