We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Mechanic to join our team at Meineke - 59 in Ronkonkoma, NY. As a Diagnostic Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues for our customers, providing top-notch service and ensuring their vehicles are safe and reliable.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and provide accurate repair recommendations Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including brake and engine services Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues and recommended repairs Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair automotive problems Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic mechanic ASE certification or equivalent technical training Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
