You will diagnose, maintain, and repair high-performance vehicles while meeting the standards of workmanship, safety, and care our clients expect. You will work closely with our Service Consultants, Service Manager and Parts Department to keep repairs moving efficiently and ensure every job is documented accurately. Technicians must be at their workstations and ready to begin work by 8:00 a.m. Responsibilities Review repair assignments, customer concerns, recalls, and required parts and tools. Perform vehicle walk-around inspections and document mileage, fuel level, and existing damage. Diagnose concerns using OEM diagnostic systems and complete multi-point inspections. Share additional findings with Service Consultants, including supporting photos or videos, and obtain approval before performing additional repairs. Complete maintenance and repairs according to OEM procedures, torque specifications, and safety requirements. Perform test drives when appropriate and complete final diagnostic scans and quality checks. Keep vehicles clean and return them in excellent condition. Record repairs, labor, and parts accurately in the DMS and manufacturer portals; follow parts-retention requirements and return keys and repair orders as directed. Help explain technical findings to clients and assist with recurring or complex concerns. Report equipment that needs repair or maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications At least five years of automotive diagnostic and repair experience , preferably with luxury or high-performance vehicles. New York State DMV motor vehicle inspector certification.

ASE A1-A8

certification or equivalent automotive repair credentials. Proficiency with OEM diagnostic systems and tools. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Aston Martin or McLaren training or certification preferred. Mercedes-Benz experience preferred.
